Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is a powerful tool for promoting mind-body harmony.

MBSR is an evidence-based 8-week program originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979. The program teaches mindfulness techniques to help train your brain to stay in the present moment, and to cultivate stillness and the opportunity to respond instead of react.

Nice to meet you. I’m passionate about enhancing well-being with the transformative power of mindfulness and meditation through a trauma-informed lens, and I lead Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses. I’ll also be offering limbic system retraining and nervous system regulation practices soon.
